Priority Support
Customers with an active license can get support based on their plan:
- Starter Plan — Community support (forum)
- Pro Plan — Priority email support (response within 24 hours)
- Business Plan — Priority email support + basic installation assistance
Submitting a Support Request
Go to your Customer Dashboard -> Support and include:
- Your license key
- Detailed description of the issue
- Error messages and screenshots
- Server info (PHP version, hosting provider)
Reporting Bugs
Found a bug? Report it via email with:
- CreateCouponWebsite version
- PHP and MySQL versions
- Steps to reproduce
- Expected vs actual behavior
- Error logs (from
storage/logs/laravel.log)
Check the Changelog for recent bug fixes before reporting — your issue may already be resolved in a newer version.
