How to get support from the community and our support team.

Community Support

  • Community Forum — Join our community for help and tips
  • Documentation — Browse this documentation for guides and references
  • Email Support — Available for Pro and Business plan customers

Priority Support

Customers with an active license can get support based on their plan:

  • Starter Plan — Community support (forum)
  • Pro Plan — Priority email support (response within 24 hours)
  • Business Plan — Priority email support + basic installation assistance

Submitting a Support Request

Go to your Customer Dashboard -> Support and include:

  • Your license key
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Error messages and screenshots
  • Server info (PHP version, hosting provider)

Reporting Bugs

Found a bug? Report it via email with:

  • CreateCouponWebsite version
  • PHP and MySQL versions
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs actual behavior
  • Error logs (from storage/logs/laravel.log)
Check the Changelog for recent bug fixes before reporting — your issue may already be resolved in a newer version.
