We are unable to remove content from websites we do not host. However, if a customer is found to be using our software in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., for piracy or illegal distribution), we reserve the right to revoke their license.
7. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts and licenses of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users who are found to repeatedly infringe may have their license permanently revoked without refund.
8. Good Faith
Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Before submitting a takedown notice, please consider whether the use of the copyrighted material constitutes fair use. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting with an attorney.
